What are the tasks at hand?
- Bring in experience and initiative into UX design and research;
- Lead and contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative workshops;
- Frame problems and communicate divergent solutions;
- Engage with our community of over 200,000 members and smaller focus groups to conduct research activities and idea validation according to your propositions;
- Work on building a digital wallet and a multi-chain decentralized exchange platform;
- Advocate for a user-centered approach throughout the product development process, and ensure that designs align with user needs and business goals;
- Plan, design, and conduct user research to gather insights into user behaviors, needs, and preferences to inform design decisions and iterate on designs;
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team, including product design lead, product manager, UI designers, developers, as well as biz-dev and marketing teams, to integrate user research findings into product design decisions;
- Create wireframes, lo-fi prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions, and work closely with UI designer to prepare hi-fi clickable prototypes;
- Validate ideas and flows against real users at different points in the design process;
- Moderate user feedback.
Here’s what you need to apply:
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically to solve complex design challenges;
- Experience in similar roles designing digital products, through 3 + years of experience;
- Experience as a user of crypto applications, professional experience is nice to have
- Initiative and independence in pursuing your goals and tasks;
- Understanding and experience with mixed research methods to quickly provide actionable insights, including usability studies, field studies, surveys, benchmarking, user persona creation, participatory design, surveys, and focus groups;
- Ability to analyze data and extract informative insights to inform design and product decisions;
- Communication and influence skills;
- Fluent English skills and experience working in an English-speaking environment;
- Optionally, we’d love you to have knowledge about front-end development technologies and constraints.
