Who We Are Looking For
BDC is looking for an entrepreneurial, highly motivated, detail oriented professional to join our growing team as a Senior Full Stack Developer. As a key member of the team, you will help us develop our SaaS products for our Fintech companies. Our developers are motivated self-starter who passionate about building high-quality code for products our users trust and love to use. We want you here to help us find innovative and cutting-edge solutions to some tough problems and constantly delight our users.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal and external teams (designers, developers, DevOps, customers, and C-levels).
- Build, test, deploy and maintain Software as a Service Application, make it awesome!
- Be extrovert, participate in feature design, estimation, and scoping. We want to hear your voice; we want you to own it!
- Manage time appropriately and clearly communicate changes in effort, scope, or blockers. We are looking for team players with a team-first mindset.
- Write maintainable, standard-driven, and backward compatible code.
- Create and maintain CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) scripts.
- Never ever settle, if you think we are not doing the best way, bring new ways of working create presentations and push changes.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related discipline
- Relational Database MySQL
- 3+ years of experience developing server-side and client-side applications.
- Solid experience with Typescript or NodeJS developing custom services.
- Solid experience with html, CSS and React/Angular JS
- Proven track of writing reusable, testable, and efficient code
- Orientation to security and data protection.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha or Chai)
- Familiarity with package managers (NPM, Bower, Brew)
- Familiarity with Git version control.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Forward thinker, collaborator, knowledge transfer facilitator.
- Humble attitude, always looking to help.
- Excited to work with industry-leading frameworks.
- A self-motivated learner who is constantly seeking out new technologies and ways of working.
- No SQL Database experience
- Experience using Atlassian suite (Confluence, Jira, Bitbucket).
- Experience with task runners (Gulp, Grunt)
- Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications
- Experience in FinTech environment
- Azure platform as a service (PaaS), and infrastructure as a service (IaaS) general knowledge and troubleshooting
- Experience integrating 3rd party libraries like Auth0.
